Personal training is ongoing, weekly training sessions where I will meet with you, work directly with you and guide you through the recommended exercises.
Every personal training client starts with a Movement & Strength Assessment so I can not only know exactly where you are starting from, but also to build the best program for you. Sessions are typically 90 minutes, scheduled weekly or as often as our stated plan dictates.
My background as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant means I am experienced and well-qualified to work with a wide range of individuals. That includes those who have never exercised before, on to helping someone strengthen before surgery, to helping them after being discharged from physical therapy, and on into general and medically-based fitness training.
